District Judge Shelton Gibbs as our guest speaker

The Rotary Club of Cedar Creek Lake met Friday, Sept. 3 at the Cedar Creek Country Club, where we welcomed 422nd District Judge Shelton Gibbs as our guest speaker. Judge Gibbs gave an interesting overview of what happens after an arrest, highlighting the importance and origin of “probable cause.”
